I am Urmi. I work in a self-financed engineering college as a lab assistant. Am I eligible for maternity leave after completing one year of probation as per government rules?

Hi Urmi,

You are entitled to maternity leave because the provision states that if you have worked for 80 days in the last 12 months (permanent or probation), you are entitled to maternity benefits.
