Dear Sir,

I am new at work after completing my PGDPM from XISS, Ranchi. I have been assigned the role of HR/IR officer. I am facing challenges while dealing with the Contract Labour Cell.

Could you please provide all the necessary forms related to the act along with detailed information? I also require a flow chart outlining the working procedures of the contract labour cell. Additionally, I would appreciate guidance on the detailed working procedures of the canteen.
