Hi,
I need a sample or warning letter for late coming to work since she's started work with this company. Verbal warning has been given but it seems that it is a habitual of late comers.

I am facing the same problem.
She is from the begining company and everyday comes late by 1 hour . and after so many verbal warning she did not change herself
