How Many Holidays Should We Declare According to Tamil Nadu Government Rules?

Dear Sir,

Please let us know the format of declaration of holidays to the Tamil Nadu Government by our company. Since ours is new, our top management wants to know how many days should be declared as per the TN Government rules and where we can find the Tamil Nadu government policy on holidays to be given.

Go to Google and search for Tamil Nadu Govt. Labour Dept. & search for a list of National & festival holidays. You will get all details. In Karnataka, it is 10 days.
