Generally every company has submitted Monthly returns i.e., Form 12 A(R),Form 5 & 10 along with triplicate challan. After completion of one year Period i.e., from March to February every employer has submitted Form 6 A along with form 3A that is called Yearly returns. First you will get Form 19 & 10 C from PF office and filled all columns properly then submitted to your previous organization for obtaining signature, after that you will submit to PF office directly. If your previous company authorities are not willing to sign on the with drawl form, some misappropriated your pf amount. You will contact directly to P.F Regional Commissioner and explain the matter. Immediately they will take care.
