F&F Settlement For The Notice Period And The Leave Encas

Hi,
I am a BPO employee. I resigned from an organization on Nov 24 and i have not got my Full and Final Settlement(Salary for the notice period and the leave encashment) till this date(Feb 1). Please can anybody tell me if there is any legal clause saying the F&F should be done within this timeframe.

As per my knowledge the details of this are specified in the HR Manual /Standing Order of the Co. , If not check ur contract letter it will contain these details in the clause stating about contract terminated.
I hope this will give u someguidance.

I would also like to know more on this. Nothing is mentioned in the offer letter. It would be great if someone can guide with the Legal Obligation if any.

Hi !
On the part of the company its not a Good HR practice. Pls write to CEO or to the Board with a request to settle yr account with in a specific period. Still it has not done then you can approach an advocate for further process or easiest way is to go to press and express it. Yr work will be done.

Can Any member proved me some guid note on the same matter that whether Salary of notice period shall be included in the F&F statments, because the management is denying to pay for notice period is any case laws in support of that please provide me on [Login to view]
