Basically there is no separate PPT for HR Orientation for New Employees. But you can firstly start with the Introduction with the colleagues and explain them about the Business Profile, Structure, Mission & Vision. Apart from this explain them about HR Polices, Employee Handbook, Do's & Dont's at the work place, HR Formats etc if any thingh more also you can rollout. Secondly take them through the Roles and Responsibilities which are to be performed by them. Thridly taking the New Employee into consideration if any other cross functional knowledge is to be imparted it should ge given. and finally give them the Feedback form to now more.
