How A Mba(hr) Should Start A Training Career?

hi
m mba (hr) with 1 year experience as HR Executive in the construction industry.
m interested in a career in corporate training.
plz advice how i should go about, if i want to provide training (behavioural, interpersonal, soft skills) as a freelancer.

I have no experience in giving training. Is it possible for me to take training and given in my office? Please suggest. If so in Bangalore who is giving training for trainers?
