Transitioning from HR to Freelance Corporate Training: How Do I Get Started?

I'm an MBA (HR) with 1 year of experience as an HR Executive in the construction industry. I'm interested in a career in corporate training. Please advise me on how I should proceed if I want to provide training (behavioral, interpersonal, soft skills) as a freelancer.
