Shop And Establisment Act Registration (Delhi)

Dear sir's,
As per new guide line of delhi govt resgisteration under shop and estiblishment are neccessary before jan 5 2010.
my firm are providing outsourcing services, and more than 10 employee. office in delhi.
i want to know what are the process of resgistration.
which forms to filled up, where we submited them,
what other documents are required, what are the fees of resigistration.
where we contact for this.
and any other imp info as per your knowlege.
pls help me in this matter.

It comes under Labour law so you need to go to labour office.otherwise online registration of Delhi shop and estiblishment is going on for more detail contact to labour office.
