When we talk about organization culture,for you as an employee to stick with the company,few factors are only important like your relation with your boss,job-satisfaction,career growth within the company,yearly salary rise and the top management recognition towards your good work.I had worked for 10+ years for every company that I had joined in my career and I am working for my third company now which I will leave very shortly after 2 years of working basically due to bad culture of the company.I strongly believe every company is having growth opportunity for you to elevate ie if your company grow,you will be automatically growing within the same company and there is no need to change your job often.Unfortunately,due to present recession scenario,most of the HR departments,instead of bringing this positive congenial culture within the organization,they bring negative culture with 'Hire and Fire' policy so it brings uncongenial and suffocating atmosphere which force every employee in company to leave quickly whenever there is a good opportunity from outside.This is my personal opinion and I know many persons in this forum will have different version towards this.
