Anybody can provide me with detailed information regarding Trade Unions and Liaisoning with government bodies. I am interested in understanding the types of forms used for these processes.

When we talk about organizational culture, for you as an employee to stick with the company, few factors are important like your relationship with your boss, job satisfaction, career growth within the company, yearly salary rise, and the top management recognition towards your good work.

I have worked for over 10 years at every company I joined in my career. Currently, I am working for my third company, which I will be leaving very shortly after 2 years of working due to the negative culture of the company. I strongly believe every company offers growth opportunities for you to progress. If your company grows, you will automatically grow within the same company, eliminating the need to change jobs frequently.

Unfortunately, due to the present recession scenario, most HR departments, instead of fostering a positive congenial culture within the organization, adopt a 'Hire and Fire' policy. This brings about an uncongenial and suffocating atmosphere, forcing employees to leave quickly whenever a good opportunity arises externally. This is my personal opinion, and I understand that many individuals in this forum may have different perspectives on this issue.
