Others can only suggest some standard policy, but you should be able to customize it. Before implementing the policy, try to get feedback from line managers, employees, and investors.
Types of leaves include Casual Leave, Privilege Leave, Sick Leave, and Marriage Leave. Leave crediting can be on a monthly or annual basis. Privilege leave can be accumulated and carried forward to the next year.
If you are not satisfied with the policies you have already received, please get back to me; I can help you formulate a new one. I would suggest automating the leave system.
