Contract Labour - Labor Contract [Thread 217430]

Is there any agreement between labour contractor and the labour provided by them?

Hi,
The labour contractor is the employer for the labour employed by him and therefore the contractor has to give an employment letter specifying the terms of employment.
As principal employers, we have to ensure that labor law compliance is adhered to necessary deductions and benefits are provided by the contractor.
