if the age 15 years, they are young workers.
if the age 18 and above, they are adolcent, so normally we have to appoint a worker after age 18 only but we will also possible to appoint a 15 years completed worker by cheking his fitness certificat duly given by surgeon and we have to maintain a follwing documents.
1. Full details of Person
2. ocupation,
3. hours of work
4. sould not exceed his day hrs morethan 4 1/2 hrs
5. token system should be given and maintained etc
