Understanding Salary and Increment Slabs in HR Departments across BPO, Call Center, and IT Industrie

Can anyone provide me with details on the salary slabs and increment slabs of the HR department in your industry or any industry you know? It's not really important to reveal your company name, but kindly do let me know the location.

Based on this information, the salary slabs are decided. Increment slabs normally depend on the performance appraisal method and the average rating of the employee.
