Salary Slabs & Increment For HR

Can anyone provide me the details of what are the salary slabs and increment slabs of the HR department in your industry or any industry you know.
Its not really important to relieve you company name but kindly do let me know the location.

Hi Chitra,
You need to specify the type of Industry you are working, whether it is a BPO, call centre, IT Company, Manufactuirng unit or some service oriented organization, based on which the salary slabs are decided. Increment slabs normally depends upon the performance appraisal method andthe average rating of the employee is satisfactory based on that the appraisals/increment are given ain any corporate.
