Award Function

We want to conduct an award function for our industry. Can anyone guide me ?

It is important to outline the scale of the award function in order to draw out a blue print. Is the function an in-house event, is it an annual event, is it a one off event to celebrate a mile stone like a silver jubilee? Based on the answers to this you can outline if it is a one-day - two day event, the participation, the budgets etc.
Ideally a good event manager can help out with the details but then they do charge a bit.

decide budget, it will be indoor or outdoor, suitable timings , including families or not, with the help of small dinner , for refreshment you can also conduct dj party.
