Seeking Salary Survey Sources for Architects and Engineers in Ahmedabad – Any Recommendations?

I am from an International Architect company based in Ahmedabad. I am looking for a salary survey for the Ahmedabad region for the Architect and Engineering Industry. Can anyone tell me where I can get a free or paid report? If anyone can inform me about a company that can prepare a salary survey report for the Ahmedabad region for the mentioned industry, I would appreciate it.

I can explain what was meant by SunilKMandi. In India, people who do not work and still expect a fortune can expect "peanuts." I am sure otherwise, people like you, who work hard and smart, can always expect the best in the industry.

There are institutions in specific cities (you may want to inquire with HR people in Ahmedabad) who conduct the salary survey.

There are many surveys available in Business Today magazine. In fact, there was a survey on salaries last year, I believe it was in the February and March 2009 issue. The survey was conducted by Business Today and Omam Consultants. I will reach out again if I find more sources.
