How Do I Write an Interoffice Memo About Our New Recruitment and Increment Policy?

Dear all,

How are you all doing recently? I work in a textile firm that has different units. I need your help in writing an interoffice memo regarding a recruitment and increment policy. The recruitment and employees' increments of all the units will be handled by my unit, and the management has established a policy for this purpose.

Any response in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Hi! We use the following simple format as a tool for follow-up with the concerned person to complete an important task:
