Hi to all. I am currently conducting research on Return on Investment (ROI) in training and development, as well as on Training and Development (T&D) audits. I have read about the ROI process model and I want to know if any of you have incorporated it in your respective organizations. Is it fruitful? What are the challenges? Are there any case studies or examples that you have come across? Any information that you can provide me with will be greatly appreciated.
Also, I am unable to find a lot of data on T&D audits. If any of you have done a project on it, please forward the same to me. Your help on the above research is invaluable. I am looking for prompt feedback.
