What Happens If We Skip Shops and Commercial Establishment Act Registration?

Please let me know what could be the consequences if we do not apply for the Shops and Commercial Establishment Act registration.

Greetings!

According to the Bombay Shop and Establishment Act: For the first, second, or subsequent offenses, a fine of Rs. 10, which may extend to Rs. 1500.

In Delhi, the fine shall not be less than 25 and can extend up to 250 rupees.

In Karnataka, on contravention of the provisions of sections 4 to 7, 9 to 16, and 24 to 25, and 39 shall, on conviction, be punished with a fine which for the first offense may extend to 250 rupees.
