IMT-Ph.D Through Distance Learning-is It Worth?

IMT in collaboration with NLU is offering a Ph.D. through distance learning. What is its acceptance in the industry? Will it be useful to pursue this over a full-time Ph.D.? Senior executives, please share your suggestions based on your experience.
