How Do I Tell My Team About a Salary Delay Due to Client Payment Issues?

I'm in a fix as to how to communicate to the staff members that the salary for the month will be delayed due to a delay in the collection of payment from the client from 7th Dec to 15th Dec. Please help me as I need it urgently.

Hi Ruchika,

Communication in an organization is very important. You need to post a memo to all employees about the delays. You can also pay your employees in parts, i.e., 40% of their salaries. Please note that this is when you will get to know the loyal employees of your organization.
