Organizational Performance And Balanced Scorecard

Hello Friends,

I am in the final semester of my MBA and specializing in Human Resources. I have taken up a dissertation under the topic "Organizational Performance & Balanced Scorecard". I am supposed to cover the various aspects of the Balanced Scorecard, how it works, measurement techniques, etc etc.

Also, i need to prepare a questionnaire to find out the following:-

1. What are the tools that a Company X uses for performance measurement?

2. do they use a balanced scorecard, if yes why? how have they benefitted from it? how does it help them measure the effectiveness of their business strategy? do they find any flaws in it?

3. If not the balanced scorecard, then which performance measurement technique do they use? why? what benefits do they derive from it?

4, Future of the balanced scorecard.

Friends, please help me out in developing a questionnaire for this. i will be extremely grateful to all of you for the same. Also, in case anyone has done prior research on this, please do let me have a copy of it.
