I am not sure of the clause you have in your offer letter. If you are in a probation period or training period then you are not entitled for maternity leave.
Generally the probation period is set for 6 months. But this varies from company to company. As per the governmental rule min 80 days of work. Maternity leave is generally for 12 weeks.
So please check up with your HR team. Some company also pay only the basic part of the salary, so please validate with your team
