Navigating Stamp Duty for a Delhi Lease: How Much Should We Expect to Pay?

I need your help. Our company has hired a new building in Delhi. The annual rent of the building is Rs. 63,00,000, and we have deposited Rs. 31,50,000 as security. I need to know what would be the value of the stamp duty we need to purchase for the lease deed. Also, suggest me a website which can guide me.

Dear Debajyoti,

I think the rate in Delhi is:
2% of Annual Rent.
+ 0.05% of Annual Rent (if you have security deposited).

I believe this is correct. Can anybody provide a clear picture on this matter?
