What would be the value of the stamp duty we need to purchase for the lease deed in Delhi?

Hi All, I need your help. Our company has hired a new Building in Delhi. The annual rent of the building is Rs. 63,00,000 and we have deposited Rs 31,50,000 as security. I need to know what would be the value of the stamp duty we need to purchase for the lease deed. Also, suggest me a website which can guide me.

Dear Debajyoti,
I think thr rate in Delhi is:
2% of Annual Rent.
+.05%of Annual Rent (If you have security Deposited)
I think this is right. Can anybody draw a clear picture on this matter.
