Few questions on this.
1. Do you think this is applicable in any environment?
2. Do you agree that appreciation not matched with rewards will bring down the mental power? - i.e. peace of mind and will affect working pattern?
3. If one continues to work at same level or better than before, when 2nd step prevails, how do you appraise him?
How do you rate him? or call him?
