Hi Deepali,

Please let me know if you are looking for short-term courses on a part-time or correspondence basis. Are you interested in courses in Chandigarh or outside Chandigarh?

Thank you.

Hi Urvashi,

It is good to know that you have a year of experience in the HR field. To suggest a course, I would like to know in which part of HR (e.g., recruitment, payroll, employee relations, etc.) you are working in and interested in. If you could provide me with that information, I would be happy to suggest a suitable course for you to pursue.

Thanks and regards,
Somanna 😊

Dear Mr. Somanna,

Could you please shed some light on institutes offering SAP in HR? I am aware of Siemens, which is not only expensive but also does not offer a part-time course. Can you suggest a good institute in Bangalore and advise on precautions we should take before investing in such institutes?

I am eagerly awaiting your advice in this regard.

Thanks,

Hello, I am new to this group. One course that I know is run by an institute from Pune - IMDR. They have a course called Diploma in Organisation Studies. It is divided into three sections. The sessions are full-day, and the dates are announced at the beginning of the year. So, outside Pune candidates can also join the course if they don't mind traveling. This course gives you an insight into HR work, which has been my experience. Hope this will help you. :)

Gururaj, I am also in the same boat. I am looking for good SAP institutes in Bangalore. My search came up with a few names, but whether they are good or not can never be judged until we speak to some experienced SAP person. The institutes I found are:

1. ERP Global
2. Yashasvi Technologies (No live projects)
3. ERP Global
4. Reliance (Not Ambani wala)

I hope this information helps. I also request other SAP professionals to share their thoughts on good institutes in Bangalore.

Hi Sommana,

Thank you for your response. I'm handling all the HR activities, like recruitments, appraisals, employee relations, and creating all the manuals and policies. You can say I'm developing the HR department. Now, what do you think, how should I go ahead?

Regards,
Urvashi

Dear Urvashi,

As you are handling all functions of HR, you need to go for general management programs. If you are looking for specifics within these programs, each program would be different. So, I would suggest that you kindly get some reference books; it would really help you more than looking for some courses.

Thanks & Regards,
Somanna.

Part-time HR course in Ahmedabad....

Hey all,

I have started my husband's startup before 6 months, and I'm looking to work in HR within that. I don't have any HR qualifications, so I don't know much about working in different HR-related areas. Therefore, I'm planning to do a short HR course. As I have kids, I can only do a short-time/part-time, online, or distance learning course in Ahmedabad. So, please help if anyone knows about it. I have heard about the AMA part-time course, so if anyone has attended it, please reply and advise me on whether it is worth doing and what preparations I should make before joining any HR course.

Hi All, I am living in Kabul, Afghanistan. Are there any short online courses in HR that I can attend? If the duration of the course is daily, weekly, or monthly, it would be good for me.
