I have a few questions before I make a suggestion on activities.

1) What is the training needs analysis you have done to arrive at the conclusion that "Team Building Activities" are required?

2) What outcome are you expecting from holding a team-building activity? Are you expecting better cooperation, interpersonal skills, improved turnaround time of activities, or enhanced customer service? Once you define this, only then should you go ahead and design the program. If your objective is only fun, take them on a picnic.
