Employer's Role in PF and ESI: Should Admin Charges Come from Employee CTC?

I found the link suggested by Ms. Sunitha on PF ESI calculator great! Although PF and ESI have been moved from the HR department to Finance in my company, I still would like to have opinions about the share of 'employers' in PF and ESI.

What we follow is the entire PF and ESI is paid by the employee because we follow the system of Total Cost to Company (CTC). However, I am sure that the 'Admin charges' component of PF & ESI cannot be deducted from the CTC of employees but is payable only by the company.

Can I have views on this please?

Yes, you are right. Admin charges are being taken care of by the employer only, and it cannot be shown in CTC.
