Role Models In HR Field

Hi All,
Can anyone tell me the role models in HR field... I searched in many ways to find Successful HR person's names but I couldn't not... Please help me on that

It is not so simple to know the role models in HR field but if we deal human resources with basic humanity rules and understandings like simplicity than u will be a role model.

We can make strategies to get & use their optimum skills and knowledge but not make them fools because they are also human's.
