Questionnaire On Compensation

hello.....
i am a student of under graduation and i need to do a project on employees compensation and benefits from employees point of view....
so please help me preparing objectives for my project and how to prepare questionnaire on the same........
please help me as soon as possible......it wil be of great help.

Sadia you need to prepare the objectives after discussions with your tutor supervisor and the industry mentor where you will be doing primary research. Once you have done that conduct some literature survey, prepare a draft and then seek feedback on that to revise it.
