Understanding Maternity Benefits in Maharashtra: Are Part-Time Employees Eligible?

Can someone please guide me with the Maternity Benefit Act in Maharashtra? Also, is a part-time employee eligible for maternity benefits? If someone can provide me with detailed information on it, that would be great.

Nowhere in the act is it written that part-time lady workers are not entitled to the benefits. Therefore, the act extends to part-time lady workers as well.
