Maternity Act in Maharashtra - is a Part Time Employee eligible for Maternity Benefit?

Hi All, Can someone please guide me with the Maternity Benefit Act in Maharashtra.
Also is a Part Time Employee eligible for Maternity Benefit?
If someone can please provide me with detailed information on it, that would be great.

No where in the act is been written that part time lady worker is not entitle for the benifit.
So the act extends to part time lady worker also.
