We are not getting PF slips in Form 23 from the PF Department for the last several years. On enquiry, we were told that the department is short of staff. This is the reason for not generating the slips. In absence of the PF slips, the employees are suspecting that the company is not remitting the PF to the department. Could any of you seniors and learned HR professionals guide us in the matter? What are the ways in which we can get any certificate or slip from the department acknowledging the correctness of the PF including interest lying in the credit of the employee?
Secondly, what are the criteria for getting loan from the PF department and how the loan eligibility is calculated? Please guide.
