Dear All,
We have not been receiving PF slips in Form 23 from the PF Department for the past several years. Upon inquiry, we were informed that the department is understaffed, which is the reason for the delay in generating the slips. The absence of these PF slips has led employees to suspect that the company may not be remitting the PF contributions to the department. Could any senior or experienced HR professionals provide guidance on this matter? How can we obtain a certificate or slip from the department to confirm the accuracy of the PF contributions, including any interest accrued for the employees?
Furthermore, what are the criteria for obtaining a loan from the PF department, and how is loan eligibility calculated? Your assistance and expertise on these questions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
