How Do You Set Up a Fair Leave Procedure for Casual and Privilege Leave?

Hi,

I want to frame a Leave Procedure for my organization. Currently, we have 18 Privilege Leave and 12 casual leave, totaling 30 days of leave granted to an employee in a year. I want to know the leave procedure when an employee applies for any Casual/Privilege leave, regardless of their department.

1. Fill out the leave form.
2. Obtain the authorization signature.
3. Approval of the leave.

The above steps are for casual leave. The leave must be approved and submitted within the dates defined by your management. This information will be helpful in avoiding any loss of pay.

For sick leave, the individual should inform you after resuming work. If the leave period is extended, a medical certificate may be required based on your organization's policies.
