Need Help - Human Resource Planning Assignment

I have to do an assignment on Human Resource Planning, I am finding it difficult as i belong to marketing arena. If anyone can help me on this it would be really appreciated.

The members here are there to help with HR problems at work, rather than guide students with their assignments. However, if you make an attempt and pose specific questions they many answer.
