Exploring Motivation Theories: Are These Still Relevant for Today's Trainees?

Just attaching and sharing some stuff I have found for "Theories of Motivation." Some of them are old, but I have found them useful in helping trainees understand what motivates them. Please do tell me if these are any good and if there are more current ones that I can add.
