Theories Of Motivation - Motivational Theories - DOC Download

Hi all,
Just attaching and sharing some stuff I have found for "Theories of Motivation".
Some of them are old, but I have found them useful in making trainees understand what motivates them. Please do tell me if these are any good, and if there are more ,current ones that I can add.

The core content is adequate for the initiated & the inquisitive to grow more in a process spurred by internal and external forces.
This discipline is fathomless .. so you have done a splendid job of squeezing out the essential and bringing it to the fore.
