Hi.. Thanks for sharing.. I was part of TATA Group of company for over a period of 12 years.. though I have moved on from there.. till today I do have sense of belongingness towards TATA Group. TATA Group stands out on employee friendly HR initiatives, transparency in the organsiation and stong work ethics.

The image created by Tatas over the years are of Employee friendly Organization and more over if you look history of Indian labour laws you would find that many of employee friendly laws stated in the Acts are practiced by Tatas in their companies before being enforced.
I have meet families in which the third/forth generation is working in the same company of Tatas and they are very satisfied.
All credit goes to Employee Relations measures and policies of the company and raising to the occasion and showing concern for human by Tatas.
