Just try this
Open up EXCEL sheet
Go to INSERT -> DIAGRAM
There you will have a org char icon click on it
It is quite simple to make one using this feature!

The organograme structure will depends on the organisation Structure and positions and also Authority in the company. Herewith attached a simple format.. trust it will help you to creat your organisation structure.
