You can have books on S&E Act nearby your S&E Office. You can refer to those books. In that, it is clearly mentioned in detail. I also had the same for our organization.

Dear Indra Priyadharshini,

Under the Shop Act of Tamil Nadu, EL-12, CL-12, and SL-12 are eligible. EL is available after an employee completes a year of service in the company as the employee is essentially "earning" their leave.

The Bare Act on the Tamil Nadu Shop Act can be found in leading law books.
