I've just joined www.citeHR today! I am the Managing Director of ST*R Learning, a UK management training company. We are actively seeking partners overseas to either license our programmes and materials under your own company banner, or to work with us as partners in your country.
If you are interested, we can provide you with the materials and expertise to develop or enhance your portfolio, especially in the business and management fields. We are looking to expand internationally in several ways, but first it may help to give you some background facts on ST*R Learning:
a.. We were established in 2003
b.. We have over 100 training programmes, ranging from short 'High Impact Sessions', typically 3 hours, through traditional workshops right up to full Diplomas in Management accredited to the Institute of Leadership and Management (the largest awarding body in Europe for management qualifications)
c.. We also offer coaching, team building, psychometric testing and evaluation
d.. We have 45 associate trainers and 8 executive coaches - all qualified
e.. Our clients include Chelsea Football Club and the Houses of Parliament
Our principal method for working with overseas partners is to offer you courses under licence for a simple annual fee. We provide the materials and you market and deliver them. I can send you an outline of the courses currently available (the Export Brochure). There are about 40 courses available now, with a further tranche to be released in the next year. We can also provide Train the Trainer services and on-line coaching and support to your trainers (e.g using SKYPE).
We can also offer our trainers to you, either as 'white label' (where we act as part of your company) or on a referral basis.
