Would anybody have a good application assessment form with a weightage system available to evaluate applications submitted against a job posting? I am trying to introduce a promotion policy that will allow employees to apply for a job posting. Once we receive applications from employees, we need to assess them. Therefore, I am looking for an assessment form based on a weightage system.
