I am doing a project to evaluate various OD interventions and their effectiveness in different organizations.
I would be glad if someone could please help me with a questionnaire or any other tool to evaluate the same. I have identified a few questions mentioned below for the interview:
1) What was the main problem or issue at hand for the organization, and how did they decide the OD intervention could solve the problem?
2) What was the objective for implementing the interventions?
3) What are the different interventions organizations are adopting?
4) At what level(s) have these interventions taken place (individual/group/organizational)?
5) Did they hire external consultants, and why?
6) Do they rely on internal HR/OD specialists?
7) What is the satisfaction level of the outcome of the interventions?
8) What are their concerns related to OD intervention processes and outcomes?
9) What obstacles/hurdles were faced during the implementation?
10) What are the various strategies involved in getting the buy-in from the management and employees?
11) Whether the implemented intervention helped achieve the objective?
12) Was the senior management completely involved in the entire process of implementation?
I would be glad if someone can recommend some changes and offer feedback on these questions and suggest some more questions that I need to look into.
