According to me, a real challenge an HR person can face is to implement HR in a startup organization. The planning, processes, people, and the capital aspects are just too much. I have a challenging task at my hand, and it is a part of my assignment.
I request all the HR professionals to contribute to the topic of what statutory requirements are to be met when a startup has to implement HR, what documents and laws to be covered, and how should the planning start. In short, we all can compile a comprehensive list. I am sure this will help all the HR aspirants as well as professionals too.
