Salary Structure in ISO Certified Companies: How to Define and Allocate Percentages?

Richuka
Hi all,

Can anyone guide me on how the salary structure could be defined and what percentage each component should contain? Specifically, what percentage of Basic, HRA, CCA, and conveyance is typical in an ISO Certified company?

Thank you.
