Need Fresh Agenda Ideas and Welcome Letter for Our Big Annual Meeting in Thailand

We are having our annual meeting in Thailand this year. Could anyone please provide a different type of agenda template, as well as a welcome letter? This is going to be a significant task as I am new to the organization. The person who was in my position last year did an excellent job, so I feel I should strive to do well too. Please help me out.
