How to Create an Effective Soft Skills Training Package for New IT Joiners?

I am working in the IT industry. This is my first assignment, and I need help. I have been asked to develop a training package on soft skills for the new joiners as part of the induction. Would it be a good idea to include communication skills, presentation skills, and teamwork? Looking forward to your suggestions. How should I go about developing it, the do's and don'ts? Please give your suggestions.

3. Attitude
4. Time management
5. Stress management
