Can i get the correct rule for Earned Leave Eligibility with reference to factories act
Whether a employee worked for only 150 days is eligible for EL Encashment
1/3 should be there for eligibility. if u joined in October u should fulfill the condition of 1/3 of total working day(oct'13 to dec'13). and u can njoy the leave when u will complete 240 days.
