Struggling to Find HR Jobs in Pharma: Should I Consider Sales and Marketing Instead?

I am a B.Pharm graduate and MBA (Personnel Administration). I have worked at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals as a trainee Public Service Officer for 8 months. Now, I am looking for jobs in HR in the pharmaceutical industry in Madhya Pradesh. However, I am not able to find a job in the HR field; instead, I am receiving opportunities in the sales and marketing field.

Please suggest whether I should work in a sales and marketing role or choose an HR profile?

Help me out. I am waiting for a positive response.

First, choose your job according to your desire, aim, willingness, dream, eligibility, etc. You may get a lot of jobs in different fields, but choosing the right job is most important. Don't confuse yourself. If you are interested in HR, wait for the opportunity to come. Sure, you will get it.

I am not able to secure a job in HR because they question why I changed fields. This situation has left me feeling confused.
