Excellent and a must for the Computer Engineers and others in the IT I*ndustry- thank you very much for making available to everyone through this column.

It is very useful PPT for computer users and personally it has given me the chance to take care of my health

really I agree with it, and the presentation that every manager must know that it is fine to take the breaks in b/w of work or else one can really damaged himself soo much that he want be able to work further in his life.
It work life balancing skill which should be always encourage by employer to its employee.:-)
