Navigating Death Benefits: What Forms Do I Need to Claim a Deceased Member's Provident Fund?

Please enlighten me on the required forms to be submitted to claim the death benefits of a deceased member. An early response will be highly appreciated.

Greetings for the day!!!

Nominee has to file the claim in FORM 20 and needs the following documents:

- EPF Claim FORM 20
- Affidavit of Dependents in favor of the Nominee
- ID Proof of Dependents & Nominee
- Declaration of the nominee
- Bank Details of the Nominee

Kindly arrange all these before filing EPF death claim.
