Need Help Crafting a Simple Office Policy on Timing, Attendance, and Leaves

I am trying to frame a simple policy to lay down the rules followed by the company regarding office timing, attendance, leaves, etc. If I could get a little help in framing the same, I would appreciate it.

May I know which industry you belong to? Because every industry has its own rules for the said policies. For example, I am in the steel industry, and we have separate leave policies, attendance requirements, and office timings compared to other industries.

I am working for a Pvt Ltd company that is into retailing for brands and also into dealership. It's a huge business, and I just want to frame the policies which we follow. Our policies are plain and simple; they just need to be drafted in a simple way so that the confusions arising can end.

We had to face a similar situation in our office too when we had to frame a Quality Policy for our company. Then we decided to do "Brainstorming" with all our team members. We first wrote down all the words that best describe our company and work culture. Then, again, we used brainstorming for framing the policy statement. This can be applicable for your scenario as well. For more information on the "Brainstorming" technique, you may refer to CiteHr or Google.

Every member of CiteHR is ready to help, but without searching, if the same threads are posted by so many people, then how many times will a member send/post the documents in this manner?
