Framing A Policy

Hi,
i am trying to frame a simple policy to lay down the rules followed by the company as far as the rules for office timing, attendance, leaves, etc is concerned..if i could get a little help in framing the same!!

May i know ,which industry you belong to? b'coz every industry has its own rules for the said policies.
Like i am in steel industry we have separate leave ,attendance/office timings wrt to other industry

I am working for a Pvt Ltd company, which is into retailing for brands and also into dealership...its a huge business..and i just want to frame the policies which we follow...our policies are plain and simple..it just needs to be drafted in a simple way so that the confusions arising can end..

We had to face the similar situation in our office too when we had to frame Quality Policy for our company
Then we have decided to do "Brain storming" with all our team members. We first wrote down all the words that best describes our company and work culture. Then again we used brain storming for framing the policy statement
This can be applicable for your scenario as well
